The detection principle kit uses double antibody one-step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the coated microwells pre-coated with porcine 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) capture antigen, add specimens, standards, and HRP-labeled detection antibodies in sequence, incubate and wash thoroughly. The color is developed with the substrate TMB, which is converted into blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and into the final yellow under the action of acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the porcine 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm with a microplate reader to calculate the sample concentration.
